To send a Cybele Gift Certificate simply follow these step-by-step instructions:

Choose ‘Gift Certificate’ from our menu of options. (If you are unable to locate it simply use our SEARCH option and type in ‘Gift Certificate’ and the item will be added to your shopping cart.

  • To specify the dollar amount you wish to give, go to the ‘additional information’ section as you proceed to checkout and enter the dollar amount. This information will be forwarded to us when we receive your order for processing. Once your order has been accepted and processed we will forward the Gift Certificate for the appropriate tender to the recipient.
In the ‘additional information’ please be sure to specify the personal message you wish to send. This message will be typed for Gift Certificates sent via email and hand written on the enclosure card that accompanies Gift Certificates sent via USPS.

Mail vs email? Be sure to specify how you would like us to send your Gift Certificate – mail or email in the ‘additional information’ section.

  • If you choose ‘email’, please provide the recipient’s email address in the ‘additional information’ section and your Gift Certificate will be sent electronically. You, the sender, will receive a BCC (blind carbon copy) of the Gift Certificate we sent on your behalf.
  • If you choose ‘mail’ please be sure to provide the correct mailing address for the recipient as the ‘Shipping Address’ and we will send your gift certificate via USPS – standard mailing rates apply.

If you are sending an item or product along with your Gift Certificate please specify how you would like us to present your package, Gift Box vs. Gift Wrap:

  • If you choose Gift Box the recipient will receive their items and/or Gift Certificate in a Gift Box with ribbon and an enclosure card with your personal message.
  • If you choose ‘gift wrap’ your package will be placed in a gift box, wrapped in beautiful metallic paper (a picture of which is available on the main page) with coordinating satin ribbon and an enclosure card with your personal message is attached.

Proceed through the checkout process by providing accurate. This is an automated process so simply follow the checkout procedure. We do ask our customers to double check both the sender and the recipient’s mailing address and email addresses to ensure there are no mistakes as this will delay receipt of the package.

Note: Failure to fill out the ‘additional information’ portion with your packaging instructions will mean your Gift Certificate will not be sent with the extras you requested. If you are the lucky recipient of a Cybele Gift Certificate, please follow these step-by-step instructions to redeem it:

Shop as you normally would by adding the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart. When you have finished shopping and made all the selections you wish to purchase simply proceed to checkout.

In the ‘additional information’ section of the shopping cart you MUST provide the Gift Certificate number found on the Gift Certificate.

  • Our computer system keeps track of each Gift Certificate issued and assigns each one a number; this number must be provided at checkout in order to redeem the dollar value of your Gift Certificate. Please be sure to have your Gift Certificate with you at the time of check out, you will need the Gift Certificate number to complete the transaction.

At the time of checkout you will be required to provide your credit card information though you will be redeeming the dollar value of a Gift Certificate.

  • Our shopping cart requires users to provide credit card information to finalize transactions even when a Gift Certificate is being redeemed. Rest assured, nothing will be charged to your credit card unless your purchase exceeds the dollar value of your Gift Certificate. Shipping specials and discounts listed on our website apply even when a Gift Certificate is being used.

Proceed through the automated check out process as normal. You will be asked to provide detailed shipping information.
